Woke up one morning last week before an important trip with extreme pain in a tooth. I called Rome Smiles and they fit me in as an emergency. Everyone was friendly and kind from the office staff down to Dr. Shepherd. He found out what the problem was and adjusted a crown. Brilliant!! I highly recommend Rome Smiles and will be returning.

Front desk was extremely friendly. The wisdom teeth extraction went without issue. Dr. Scott wasquick, friendly, and professional.l and I was pain free during the operation and still pain free hours after.

I love this practice! The front office staff are simply amazing! I have seen both dentists, one of which consulted with me after my cleaning and both of them have consulted, and done work on my husband, and sister. They explain everything very well and in a way that you understand. Brandy was my hygienist and she was funny, smart and very understanding of my fears. She kept conversation going while working which allowed me to take my mind off of my teeth! This practice has definitely lessened my fear of the dentist in general.

I love everyone within this place! They are always so sweet & welcoming when me or any of my family members have appointments. They are truly family! Always professional & do phenomenal jobs of cleaning without pain & taking their time to ensure perfection!

My experience was GREAT!! Dr. Sheppard and his assistant made sure I was ok during my procedure. I was pain free and comfortable every second I was in his chair. I saw Dr. Scott a few years back. I love everything about Rome Smiles. The staff is incredible, and the dentists are great. Twice now, I've needed a very quick appointment with various problems, and they've fit me in just as fast as they could. Good dentists are hard to find, and I'm so glad to have landed on Rome Smiles.

So glad I found this place. Very, very friendly staff. I needed a somewhat emergency tooth extraction. Just by luck they had an opening the following morning. But luck aside, their pricing is great and reasonable with or without insurance. Dr Scott was able to take care of it right away. Him and the 2 assistance are very good, professional, and friendly. I 100% recommend this place and I will be following up with them for my whole family’s future teeth needs.

This staff is awesome! I am definitely going back. They explained everything thoroughly and the best part was getting a tour of the whole clinic before I met the rest of the staff. That by far made customer service and A+ with me. The charges were explained thoroughly and everyone was excellent. I cannot wait to get everything started.
